Meet Trese:
Trese Youngheim, founder of "This is Living – Coaching by Trese," established in 2021. I went from former addict to sales exec and personal development coach. As a recovering addict, I believe in the transformative power of personal development and taking responsibility for one's life. My mission is to help women get out of their own way, discover their true potential, and remain authentic to themselves. In 2017, I began my recovery journey and fell in love with personal development and health. This newfound passion led me to become a certified health, life, and transformational coach in 2021. My personal experiences, including my diagnosis with OCD in 2022, have shaped my approach to coaching. I leverage these experiences to educate myself and others on overcoming mental health challenges without letting them define us. We are meant to connect, support, and hold each other accountable. Coaching provides that necessary cheerleader, mentor, and accountability partner—someone who sees your potential and believes in you.
Speaking Engagements: I've had the honor of speaking at The Women in the Industry Women's Workshop in Atlantic City in January and The Baystate Women's Workshop in February in Dover and Mohegan Sun. Personal Insights: Before my recovery, I lived a robotic and mundane life, always feeling the need to prove my worth. Getting clean made me realize that life can be anything I want it to be, provided I have the courage and support to pursue it. This realization inspired the name of my company, "This is Living," symbolizing the vibrant and authentic life I now embrace.
